Hasan Dertli completed his education in Information Systems Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and Binghamton University. Specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision, he founded Sodec Technologies in 2014. He has played a direct role in developing identity verification, facial recognition, liveness detection, and optical character recognition technologies. Combining his technical expertise with an entrepreneurial vision, he has focused on solutions that make organizations’ digital processes more secure and efficient.

As the founder of Sodec Technologies, Dertli shapes the company’s technology and product strategy, leading the development of solutions for various industries, particularly telecommunications and finance. Through projects with leading Turkish companies such as Turkcell, Türk Telekom, and Vodafone, he has helped translate advanced technologies into practical business solutions. With research and development at the core of his approach, Dertli aims to enable technologies developed in Türkiye to compete internationally and create lasting value.

Hüseyin Çetintaş began his education at some of Türkiye’s respected institutions, developing a multidisciplinary academic background. He built a strong foundation for his career by gaining extensive knowledge and experience in fields central to society, including education, law, energy, healthcare, support for people with disabilities, and agriculture. He further strengthened his leadership skills by participating in prestigious national and international programs in management and strategy. His visionary approach to healthcare has earned widespread recognition, particularly through sustainable projects promoting the social inclusion of people with disabilities.

Beginning his career through collaborations between the public and private sectors, Hüseyin Çetintaş soon assumed senior management responsibilities across various fields. He became known for initiatives supporting equal opportunities in education, as well as his work on energy efficiency and sustainable agricultural policies. In agriculture, he has actively promoted environmentally friendly practices aimed at reducing the carbon footprint. As Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ay Holding, Çetintaş is one of the figures shaping the company’s vision for social impact. Through his versatile leadership and strategic outlook focused on public benefit, he continues to make significant contributions to Türkiye’s development goals.
